The brief:
Give away tickets to mystery party with a mystery venue, mystery date and mystery DJ line-up.
Our solution:
A giant treasure hunt to give away tickets to the Smirnoff Experience Secret Party 2008. Clues were released on a blog to tickets hidden all across Australia. There was also a facebook group which gave help and exclusive clues to ticket hunters. There was also a GPS ticket tracker, which was switched on from time to time. The rules were simple. First to find the tickets, wins the tickets.
Results:
- 22805 unique online visitors
- 61861 uniques overall (online and mobile)
- 180410 total page views
- 4:56 average time onsite
- 2230+ facebook group members
- 1100+ posts (thewayin and facebook)
- 2 blocked comments, <20 edited comments.
