Business Unit Director

We are now recruiting for a Business Unit Director to own the relationship with our clients. You will be managing across functional teams (including strategy, creative, media, web development, and more). A Business Unit Director at Amnesia Razorfish is more than just an account lead; you are a strategic partner that our clients turn to for guidance in all things digital.

Core Duties / Responsibilities

-       Manage Senior/mid level client and industry relationships

-       Ability to sell full suite of all Amnesia Razorfish services

-       Own senior level client relationships and works to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day campaign tactics

-       Share responsibility for 100% client retention by proactively identifying client risks or opportunities and managing his/her client teams to effectively respond to these client needs

-       Develop a broader industry network of clients and contacts through speaking and publishing

-       Provide thought leadership to help guide clients in the digital space

-       Acquire and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients

-       Successfully manage the master service agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW) and change requests

  • Full P&L Ownership

-       Consistent monitoring of costs and revenue to achieve agreed profit goals across all clients

-       Work with their team to establish effective pricing and staffing levels for each client; monitors P&L fluctuations to proactively identify risks and opportunities

-       Orchestrate cross functional teams to achieve strong client results

-       Accountable for integrated client results across all relevant products/services

-       Responsible for completing successful contract negotiations

  • Management

Internal management activities:

-       Mentor team and champion continuous improvement throughout the organisation; achieves recognisable improvements in the skill level and P&L performance of his/her team

-       Drive the success of all performance management initiatives and programs with emphasis on the successful completion of all performance review processes

-       Lead highly skilled client delivery teams to enhance and deepen client relationships

-       Work with the sr. management team on strategic business and employee initiatives

-       Manage resource management matters to the best interest of the client and office

Account Manager in Melbourne

A modern digital age requires a different approach to solve business, brand and marketing challenges. It requires new ways of creative thinking to reach digitally native consumers.

In our Melbourne office, we are currently recruiting for an Account Manager. Working in conjunction with the Account Director to fulfil client campaign planning, execution, management and analysis, you will interface with our clients on a daily basis, and be responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Client Service

  • Demonstrates bigger picture understanding of client’s marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights/tactics associate with longer-term strategy objectives
  • Anticipates client questions and has well thought out answers/solutions
  • Presents at client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Demonstrates thinking/communicating from the client’s perspective as well as Amnesia Razorfish

Account Management

  • Performs day-to-day client contact
  • Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc)
  • Provide project management on all projects within the account team
  • Multiple channel management as needed (branding, affiliate, search, email, web media, etc.)
  • Specific client requests: Competitive analysis, Research, Sample budgets, Media analysis
  • Strategy/Analysis skills/responsibilities should include: Campaign analysis, Forecasting, Support Media strategy, advanced data analysis and campaign reviews, Special reports builder pulling Atlas data, publisher reports, extended data, etc.
  • Creative skills/responsibilities should include: Internal or agency creative needs, Development, Strategy, Approval process, Customer targeting approval process

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess at least two years relevant experience and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service. Your exceptional organisational skills along with your demonstrated knowledge of online marketing will put you at a distinct advantage.

Technology Director

In our Sydney office, we are currently recruiting for a Technology Director where your main focus will be to ensure all operational elements of the technology group are closely and properly managed, including business development, technology expertise as well as team and career management.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance, mentorship and support to various accounts within the region and ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Provide expert knowledge of application and system architecture at all levels.
  • Provide guidance throughout the development process to ensure web applications are developed to specification.
  • Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert to Razorfish’s colleagues and Clients on relevant technologies, methodologies, standards and tools; these areas include, but not limited to, Content Management Systems, Portal Engines, technology strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Work closely with other discipline leads to ensure that tight integration across all disciplines is in place, as well as diversifying the company’s offering in order to meet market and clients demand.
  • Assist with growing and diversifying the company’s portfolio by actively seeking new clients and growing existing clients.
  • Research new products and technologies to determine fit with the overall application architecture.

SEO Manager in Melbourne

Unity developer

Unity developer required for high profile creative project, Sydney Australia

Amnesia Razorfish is looking for a skilled Unity developer to work in-house on a high profile mobile game dev project. This is a unique project working with one of Australia’s most awarded digital creative teams. Position is available immediately for 4-6 weeks, possibly longer.

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Unity.
  • Strong Unity scripting abilities.
  • Experience with Unity Physics.
  • Solid understanding of gameplay principles.

Familiarity with either Unity JavaScript or C# is fine, however a good working knowledge of C# would be ideal for this role.
