Account Director – Sydney and Melbourne

We’re looking for experienced, passionate, and digital savvy Account Director to join our Sydney and Melbourne teams.  You’ll work closely with existing clients to identify their specific marketing needs and business objectives, and then help identify and implement products and services that help achieve our client’s goals.

You’ll also get to work with a team of project managers, developers, designers, and a strategy team.

Experience and Skills required:

• 5-7 years of client management experience, at a traditional, interactive, or direct marketing agency.
• University/College degree required, MBA a plus
• 2+ year demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships – client references a strong positive
• Strong knowledge of website development, interactive advertising, and creative development required.
• Self-starter
• Creative thinker and analytical problem solver
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong client-service orientation
• Comfortable with data
• Track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
• Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense
