Nothing like a public forum to resolve your personal relationship dramas

by amnesia on September 8, 2008

We all know that people love to share their opinions online, be that in the thousands of online forums, chat rooms, social networks or on the hundreds of thousands of personal blogs currently out there.

But here’s a new one. SideTaker aims to solve relationship issues between couples through a public online forum. Sounds like a dodgy reality TV show, but a brilliant concept. Think about it. People love to give relationship advice and with both the couple in question and the advice givers being anonymous, advice is going to be honest, impartial and in some cases, bloody harsh.

Here’s how it works. The initiator explains their side of the story, you invite your partner to explain theirs and once both sides are up, it’s up to the public to decide who’s in the right. I won’t be putting mine up there for everyone to see, but it’s a very funny read.  Enjoy!
