Last night Sydney got its best view of a full lunar eclipse since 2000, when it came to herald the “end of days” at the hand of the Y2K bug.
As my brother-in-law is the type to spend insane amounts of money on a telescope, I was in a position to get some fairly nice shots of the later stages.
